Coffee Hwajeon (커피화전) provides a brand new take on Korean style Café with homey, comforting snacks and beverages in a stylish parlor as well as a relaxing space for modern people to take a break. The thematic delicacy of the brand is a flower cake which is made out of glutinous rice flour edible petals from seasonal flowers. Our coffee bar is a sleek and relaxing respite from the clamor and bustle of Central. Blue Bottle Coffee was founded by James Freeman in Oakland, California, in 2002. A self-declared coffee lunatic, James hand-roasted beans in a 183 square-foot potting shed and then delivered them to friends from his Peugeot wagon. More than fifteen years later, Blue Bottle is now a small but mighty network of cafes across the US, Japan, Korea, and Hong Kong. Improbably and delightfully, the company continues to grow, but remains united by the simple purpose of sourcing and roasting the world’s best, most sustainable coffees and serving them at peak deliciousness.
