The branch in Times Squares innovated a design concept to create a feeling that customers traveling to Japan, seems like visiting a good quality restaurant close to Japanese authentic flavor. The dining area like a shuttle back to traditional pavilion of the Edo period with elegant wooden lattice doors and windows, as if entering a nostalgic world . From vision to taste ,create a dining environment seems like being in Japan. All Pancakes in PAN de PAIN are made by Japanese flour, milk and French butter. All pancakes are standardize thickness, Soufflés are jiggly and fluffy.
