The world-famous Liu’s Chong Qing Hot Pot opened its first location in Chongqing in December 2000. Since then, the brand has evolved from a small street side eatery to becoming one of the largest restaurant chains around the world, earning the title of the “Top 10 Hot Pot Brand in China.” Liu’s Chong Qing Hot Pot is dedicated to serving the highest quality of carefully sourced ingredients, while from time to time adjusting and elevating the flavor profile of its traditional Chongqing soup base. In September 2021, the first direct-operating restaurant under the headquarter opened its doors in Hong Kong in collaboration with the renowned restaurant group, Gaia Group, blazing the trail for hot pot trends in the city with its all-day dining hot pot concept.
