Moon Palace, the traditional Guangdong Chinese restaurant is presenting a new delicacies in Festival Walk, Kowloon Tong. Well menu designed by Chinese Executive Chef Lee Chi Kong, combining his previous culinary experience in famous restaurants such as Sanxilou and Golden Valley. Not only authentic Guangdong cuisine presented with extraordinary craftsmanship, the choice of ingredients and creative cooking techniques have also changed the impression of traditional Guangdong cuisine and especially combining with Chaozhou cuisine elements.
